Returns & Exchanges

At Susan Crawford Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vintage labels and protective coverings are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
